Ok don't laugh at me. Well actually go ahead I'm laughing at myself. Holding my nose and blowing out, yawning, chewing gum, making myself burp with pop I don't drink pop usually so I burp a lot I can't hardly hear. I did some online reading and I read this can last weeks.
